The company was founded in 1994 by Evelyn Zeitz in who worked with IBM for more than two decades in several managerial capacities. She sensed the need for niche players in the industry and started working with some this area's marquee federal government clients. Peachtree's initial focus was in providing project management consulting and technical professional services. During the last several years, Peachtree has expanded it's offerings and has been working with clients nationwide. Peachtree focuses on US Fed Gov Consulting, IT professional Services and Business Process Outsourcing. Peachtree is a women-owned business. We are certified by the Maryland Small Business Reserve Program and Montgomery County Small Business Certification Program. Peachtree has applied for certifying with the Women's Business Enterprise National Council and is expecting the certification any moment.

To meet the rising demands of the market and emerging business areas, Peachtree decided to open its first Offshore center in India. The Indian center has been operational from March 2008. Peachtree Business Solutions India (P) Ltd primarily focuses on Human Resources Consulting, Flexi Staffing and Training.
